Good things about today:

• Actually Ran when I really didnt want to
• Ran into two old good friends Marianne and Maria
• Watched The Avengers FINALLY
• In N Out, This Hershey’s, and BBQ Pringles (only $1.50 when theyre $2+ in San Jose)
• My mom let me drive twice today. Which is a big deal and sure it was only to Wal-Mart but still its driving! Plus shes gonna let me drive to my Brother’s so that we can do P90X. Love my mom =)

Its an Honor’s Society here at SJSU for Engineers that you are invited into if you meet their qualifications. It was pretty overwhelming to be there with all the other candidates. I think there was one other sophomore there with me (one of the requirements is to be an Junior(academically) and be i think in the top 1/8th of your class or something like that. So the majority of the candidates were all in their 4th and 5th year, all graduating within the next year. They all already knew so much about their major and career options and everything, I was definitely humbled and a little intimidated. The good thing about it though is that i get a lot of networking and connections within the honors society and well things are looking up from here. I just gotta stay on top of my shit and keep working my ass off! =D Now hopefully i can get some good scholarships too haha

Hahhaha god damn i do not wanna write this paper and its only 3 pages haha. Honestly i dont even know why im taking this picture haha im just bein a tad bit silly in spite of this paper i guess…

Couldnt be happier right now after a thriller 2OT Laker win over the OKC Thunder, in addition to a 5-1 win for the Oakland A’s over the Indians. On top of that I had a great weekend and am enjoying this fantastic weather right now. Lovin it. Thank You Basedgod

I am home and I’m finally getting this Snow Storm that i have been craving for like a month now. I still havnt found one by sjsu. There’s probably one at some liquor store close by but i havnt looked. There should be these at 7-11 thoughs like real talk. anyway im excited.

This Jamba Juice sucks but at least it was “free” Haha i havnt actually paid out of pocket for a jamba juice in over a year and as long as I have a meal plan I wont. Im just bored waiting for my 1030 class/ I had physics at 830. The lecture today was calculus heavy and i was like okay im getting the basic concept but i aint done this shit since High School. Thats where getting done with math is both a gift and a curse. The further you get in math the more you forget about what you learned before especially as far as applications go and thats the most important part. So, i need to brush up on my calculus basically. I still have a lot of time left before class.

Tomorrow afternoon i will be on my way to the pueblo of Chavinda in Michoacan Mexico. Plane leaves at 4:15pm, 1 stop, 32 min layover in Phoenix, the landing in Guadalajara airport at 11:24 over there so 9:24 here. Then after customs and stuff, its a 3 hour car ride from Guadalajara to Chavinda, so ill be at my Grandmother’s house at about 230 am ready to knock out which is good cause i wont be as jet lagged i dont think since when i usually go over there i land in the morning and sleep all day anyway. I dont really know my agenda for once im there besides eating A LOT of tacos. haha That and spending time with family of course, getting to see my grandparents and cousins. I know over the weekend i prolly tay over at my cousins house. She wants me to go to her friends quince with her and also teach her some english so thatll be cool. I still gotta practice my spanish more, ohh the awkward pauses that are going to happen haha. Just smile and nod. 7 days away from California and everything here will do me good i hope and i am really excited. Last time i went, junior year of high school, i knew i needed some kind of vacation cause i was just done with everything and the trip to Mexico definitely resolved that. i dont feel to the extreme that i felt back then but i still think i need this vacation to clear out my mind. I come back the night of the 20th, one day in SL on the and then its back to San Jose on the 22nd for the spring semester. Ready to finish this winter break off strong!

I GOT NEW NIKES! I didn’t get the new Jordons for Christmas but i did get these from my brother. And you know what? i am more than happy to have these. My brother didnt have to get me anything for christmas but he went out and got me these and i will proudly wear them. I dont even care about jordons nor did i want them. Why spend so much money on shoes when you can get ones like these that will perfectly fulfill their role of covering your feet and supporting the outside. It still upsets me about all the shit and drama and crime that went on over the jordons this christmas. People are becoming more and more ungrateful each time some new commodity is released.
